Refund policy
Returns for Store Credit Only
At Forever Rox Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom orders, special orders, and altered pieces (including resized rings or modified jewelry) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Watches and estate pieces may only be accepted for return at the sole discretion of John or Kai Roxburgh at Forever Rox Jewelry.
No Cash or Credit Card Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. All approved returns will be issued as store credit that can be used toward any future purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at kairox@foreverrox.com or visit our Incline Village showroom within 30 days of purchase.
Our team will assist you in verifying eligibility and processing your store credit once the item is received and inspected.
Gift Returns
Gifts may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt.
