Battery replacements, pressure testing, and external cosmetic work are performed in-store at our Incline Village location. For complex internal movement servicing and full restorations, your timepiece is sent to our trusted, certified watchmakers, with whom we’ve partnered for years and entrusted millions of dollars’ worth of luxury watches. Each piece is handled under controlled, sealed conditions to ensure absolute precision, safety, and confidentiality.
