How the Custom Design Process Works

Consultation

Meet with our jeweler, John Roxburgh to share ideas, photos, and inspiration for john to draw up a rough draft.

CAD Design & Rendering

After the rough draft drawing, we’ll create a 3D digital design for your approval before production.

Gemstone Selection

Choose from our hand-selected collection of natural diamonds and gemstones, let us source you the perfect stones or use stones from your own jewelry.

Creation & Setting:

Each design is crafted with precision and care, with 80% or more custom pieces made in-house by our master jeweler, John Roxburgh, and select designs produced by our partners who meet the same exacting Forever Rox standards.

Final Presentation

Experience your finished piece — a one-of-a-kind design made exclusively for you.

Pickup or Insured Shipping

Local pickup in Lake Tahoe or secure shipping with Jewelers Mutual. All items are kept locked up in our safe until pickup.
