At Forever Rox Fine Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of the pieces we sell and the custom jewelry designed and created by our jeweler, John Roxburgh. We offer a 1-year jewelry repair warranty on eligible pieces purchased in-store or custom pieces created through our design process.
This warranty is intended to provide peace of mind and help maintain the condition of your jewelry under normal wear.
What Is Included Under the Warranty
Eligible prong, tip and channel repair
Professional polishing
Melee stone replacement (small accent stones)
Certain lost stones, subject to inspection and approval
All warranty work must be evaluated and approved by our team before repairs are completed.
Important Warranty Restrictions
Main or center stones are not covered under this warranty. This includes diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, and any primary gemstone. If a center stone is lost or damaged, it must be handled through insurance first. Once your claim is processed, you can return to Forever Rox Fine Jewelry and we will assist with replacement and repair.
Damage caused by negligence, misuse, improper care, or excessive wear is not covered under this warranty.
This warranty applies only to jewelry purchased in-store at Forever Rox Fine Jewelry or custom pieces designed and created by John Roxburgh.

Our team will evaluate the piece and determine if it qualifies under warranty.
If approved, we will complete the repair and notify you when your piece is ready.
